At Cellar + Plate, we operate by the idea that life is for living. In our fast paced world, we invite you to slow down and come join us as we enjoy delicious food prepared by our talented chef, Fiona, and try some of our wines on our ever changing wine list.
Cellar + Plate opened in 2017 and has since transferred ownership to Sunshine Hubbard. We have maintained our reputation for celebrating the community we are so proud to be a part of. From our walls covered in local art, wine from local winemakers, beer from local breweries, plants from local gardeners, and even outsourcing our cakes with a local expert baker. Springfield and the surrounding area are important to us, and we are thankful we can showcase pieces of our community in our wine bar.
Whether a seasoned wine connoisseur or your first time tasting wine, we aim to make wine approachable for you. We look forward to enjoying a glass with you soon.
MEET THE OWNER
Sunshine Hubbard is a Springfield native who loves her community and is a huge celebrator of local brands. Sunshine has worked in the restaurant industry most of her life before taking on ownership of Cellar + Plate in 2022. Her staff loves having her on board.
Sunshine is passionate about sharing wine with the people around her, whether they are enjoying their first glass or they have been drinking wine for years. When she isn't at the restaurant, you probably will find her at the gym or yoga studio.

MEET OUR CHEF
Martin Conquest has been a chef for nearly 30 years and has recently joined the Cellar + Plate family as head chef.
Martin draws inspiration from the many places he has lived, including Japan, California, the Pacific NW and more.
Martin values making authentic and fresh food, and you will often find him at farmers markets picking up the freshest ingredients for his dishes.
Martin is excited to share his recipes with everyone, and is looking forward to impressing us all with his specials and an exciting fall menu.

Come join us and taste one of our many wines, beer, cocktails, or spirits to choose from.
You’ll feel right at home in our space with lots options for seating including couches, bar, tables, or an outdoor patio next to the creek to relax with your friends.
